Does the manager have clients performing at a high level with elite organizations/ promotions? Does the manager have contacts with major sponsors in your industry (clothing/ sports nutrition)? Does the manager have the ability to market you as a brand (social media, personal websites, newsletters or print media)? Is the manager more interested in personal fame or your career? And most importantly, how do your peers in your industry feel about the manager?
