Bryan is a resident of Sykesville, Maryland. He has been representing professional mixed martial artists since 2005. Prior to his management career Bryan owned an operated XR Fighting. XR Fighting produced and distributed a series of mma instructional DVDs with UFC Champion Georges St Pierre.
As an athlete Bryan wrestled in both high school and college. At South Carroll High School, Bryan was a Two Time State Champion and a High School All American. In college, Bryan won his conference title and qualified for the NCAA Championships at 149lbs as a Freshman. A series of season ending knee injuries the next two years ended his competitive career. Bryan currently coaches his former high school team, South Carroll. In the 3 years Bryan has been head coach, they have finished top 5 in the State all 3 years. He has coached 5 State Champions & 2 All Americans in his short time at South Carroll.
Bryan has represented clients in all of the major MMA promotions including, UFC, WEC, Strikeforce, Bellator, Dream, Sengoku etc. Bryan also works with clients in the PBR, MLB and NFL. |

David is a resident of Baltimore Maryland. He has been involved in sports for the majority of his life. At the age of 5 he began playing youth baseball. Growing up David continued to play baseball with team such as the Yankee Rebels and American Legion's Post 38. He played for his High School team (1988-1991) and JUCO baseball for Dundalk Community College (1993-1994). After a series of Knee, back & shoulder injuries David had to leave school during his soph0more year.
In the early to mid 90's David started training with several practitioners of various martial arts. After a Renzo Gracie seminar in the late 90's, David focused more on BJJ than any other style. (Read more about my BJJ experience by clicking on the belt  )
In the beginning of 2004David began working on the concept and design to launched an apparel company. In July of 2004 Nemesis Fight Gear was launched. It was Maryland's first MMA inspired fight gear company. In February 2006 David suffered a torn ACL that left him unable to train. During this time he focused on working as an advisor to local mma fighters. David gathered information on opponents, researched fight videos and documented their strengths & weakness', provided nutritional & weight training information. David was fortunate to have worked with UFC veteran's Sam Hoger, Sherman Pendergarst, Mike Ciesnolevicz & Dan Hardy as a sponsor with the Nemesis Fight Gear brand. In the Summer of 2008 David launched his second apparel company Harm Industries.
Once MMA was legalized in Maryland David began working for a Baltimore based MMA promotion. David helped with the development and implementation of the strategy to launch the Shogun Fights promotion. He also maintains the Shogun Fights website, creates/ sends newsletters about upcoming events, contacts mma media outlets with the latest press releases, onsite staff for weigh ins and has involvement in the coordination of the working backstage area the night of the event. Shogun Fights held their inaugural event on October 24th 2009 at the 1st Mariner Arena with over 5000 fans in attendance.
In early 2010 David started assisting Bryan Hamper by designing websites for his Charm City MMA clients. During the summer of 2010 Bryan decided to expand his company and changed the name from Charm City MMA to Blue Chip Management. Bryan than hired David as a full time Agent at Blue Chip Management. David will continue his internet resources' duties at Blue Chip Management along with working with current clients to create a platform that will maximize their goals as an athlete and a brand, discover and sign new clients (MMA and other athletes), develop new relationships with sponsors and promoters.
Aside from David's involvement in MMA, he is married with 2 young sons (Logan & Landon). David is very active in his children's education and lends a hand with their athletic teams when needed. Logan & Landon play baseball for the White Marsh Rec and wrestle for the ESP Spartan Wrestling Club. |

Zach grew up in Bethesda, MD and is currently a resident of Washington D.C. After graduating from the Maret School in Washington D.C., Zach moved on to Kenyon College (OH) for a couple of years before transferring to the University of South Carolina, where he earned his degree in Sport & Entertainment Management. Zach played lacrosse throughout high school and college and played football and soccer and wrestled (poorly) in high school.
A huge sports fan, Zach enjoys watching football, tennis, college basketball and anything else ESPN shows at 3am. Zach is also an avid skier and has worked part-time in a ski shop as a boot and ski salesman for 5 years. According to him, you can’t beat working a few hours at the shop--especially when it means free local lift tickets! Oddly enough, Zach was initially got in touch with Bryan through a ski customer who knew him from their high school wrestling days.
Zach began work with Blue Chip Management in January 2011, and has since picked up the business very quickly. His experience includes booking fights, communicating with sponsors and promoters and developing new marketing opportunities for BCM clients. He also spends a lot of time researching sponsors, promotions and fighters, and as a result, has become a master of the Google search. The idea of developing successful marketing plans and building up clients’ brands is what drives Zach to work hard each day. Expect to see big things from Zach in the near future! |
